BEE transaction restructure
|
In April 2011 AngloGold Ashanti proposed the restructure its Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) share ownership transaction first announced in 2006, to ensure the intended benefits will accrue to its recipients, namely its South African employees, through the Bokamoso ESOP trust and BEE Partner, Izingwe Holdings Limited.
